Undelivered Items
* We advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 30 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem. We need lost parcels to be reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time we cannot offer a replacement.

We place a high emphasis on sourcing and purchasing high-quality, sustainably grown cotton. To that end, we are increasing the amount of sustainable cotton we source through reputable third-party verified programs, such as The U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol (USCTP)® and Better Cotton UK

 

Caring for your Purchase

🧺 We recommend washing at 30 degrees (lower if possible). Heat can cause fading & shrinkage of the garment & will degrade the print faster. Spinning your garments at 1400 rpm & long washes (over 1 hour) will eventually take its toll on your garments. Try & keep the revolutions down, & washes short.
